To Meir We do not shop for clothing during the 9 days. Exceptions to this rule are a) If you will miss a major sale, or if the garment will be unavailable later, and b) For the purpose of a mitzvah. Reply

Yes, one may be intimate during the Nine Days. Only during the actual 25 hours of the fast of Tisha B'Av is this prohibited - similar to Your Kippur.
