Chabad Headquarters sends a group of students — the first of many groups to follow — to Katmandu, Nepal to arrange Passover celebrations. With no way to advertise their arrival, the Chabadniks walked the streets of Nepal in search of Jewish tourists. They ended up finding many Israeli tourists, and putting tefillin on them was always the first step!
