For many years, Rabbi Moshe Weber, an elderly Jew, would walk daily to the Western Wall. Braving the elements and the Jerusalem scorching heat, he would stand for many hours and put on tefillin with many thousands of Jews. His legendary warmth and love were felt by every visitor to the Wall. Following his passing, Chabad established in his memory a newly renovated and expanded permanent tefillin booth at the Western Wall.
