The Tefillin Bank begins to dispense tefillin free of charge. The pairs of tefillin are distributed around the globe by Chabad centers to any individual who commits to putting them on daily (besides for Shabbat and major Jewish holidays). From Suchi, Russia to Belgrano, Argentina more than 6,000 pairs have thus far been distributed.
